She began her coaching career to help her clients learn new habits and stay organized. Anne is a graduate of the leadership coaching program at Georgetown University. She is also a graduate of The Coach Approach for Organizers which is a course on integrating coaching into professional organizing and focuses on the skills a coach needs to help adults who have ADHD. Anne uses the skills she acquired to coach professionals with or without ADHD on effective time management an increasing productivity. She also coaches individuals with ADHD to build on their strengths, let go of negative self-talk, and reach their goals.
Anne is a graduate of Northwestern University and holds her MS in biology from the University of California, San Diego. The coach provides the accountability and support necessary to establish and achieve your goals at home and at work. You determine the agenda and together we will set desired outcomes.
