When mailing or faxing anything to a Chesapeake Associate, please be sure to clearly indicate her/his name on the correspondence. Phone: 301-562-8448 Chesapeake ADHD Center of Maryland (main office) The clinic is typically open from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. However, each Chesapeake associate establishes an independent schedule and some offer early morning, evening and weekend appointments on a limited basis. Our office staff is generally available between 9 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 6 pm. At times when your call cannot be answered, please leave a message in Voice Mailbox # 10 if you are a new caller interested in our services. Directions to the Main Silver Spring Office (See link above for Crofton directions) The Center's main office is conveniently located in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland in a gray brick two-story house at 8607 Cedar St. The Center is on the edge of the business district, only two blocks from restaurants, cafes and shops. By Metro To reach the Center by Metro, take the Red Line to the Silver Spring station. From the train platform, take the South (buses) exit. When you exit the station, head north on Colesville Road (in the direction of the Discovery Channel world headquarters which you'll see just ahead, adjacent to the Metro station). Continue walking four blocks to Spring Street. Turn right and continue two blocks to 8607 Cedar Street (Spring St. becomes Cedar St. after you cross Ellsworth). Plan for a 10-minute walk. By Car From the Washington Beltway, take the Rt. 29/Colesville Rd. Exit South (Exit 30 or 30B depending upon the direction in which you are driving). Continue a little over one mile to the traffic signal at Spring St. on the edge of the business district. Turn left on Spring St., continue through the traffic light at Ellsworth and you'll see the Center on the left at 8607 Cedar St. (Spring St. becomes Cedar St. after you cross Ellsworth.) (Silver Spring office) Parking is conveniently located in a multi-story Montgomery County parking garage on Ellsworth St., only one block from the Center. To reach the garage, turn right on Ellsworth from Spring St. The parking garage is immediately ahead on your right. As you exit the garage you’ll be able to see the Center to your left – a gray brick two story house in the middle of the block on Cedar Street. Walk back to Spring St., turn right and we’re four houses down on the left. Very limited metered parking (requiring quarters) is also available on the street directly in front of the Center. Coming to the Silver Spring Office from Out-of town Arriving by plane, if not renting a car: For clients without a rental car, it is most convenient to fly to Reagan National Airport from which there is easy access to the Washington Metro system. Take the Metro to Metro Center, then transfer to the Red Line toward Glenmont. The Center is a 10 minute walk from the Silver Spring Metro station. Arriving by plane, if renting a car: The Center is easily reached by car from the Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI), only 30 minutes by car. From BWI, take I-95 South to the Washington Beltway. Head west on the Beltway toward Bethesda. Take Exit 30 (Colesville Road, Rt. 29) South. Stay on Colesville Rd. for 1.25 miles. Turn left on Spring St., which becomes Cedar St. in two blocks. The Center is at 8607 Cedar Street, a gray two-story brick house on the left, two blocks from Colesville Rd. Arriving by car: The Center is conveniently located in downtown Silver Spring, only 1.25 miles from the Washington Beltway. From the Beltway in Maryland, take the Rt. 29/Colesville Rd. Exit (Exit 30 or 30B depending upon the direction you are traveling). Remain on Colesville Rd. for 1.25 miles. Turn left on Spring St. which becomes Cedar St. in one block. The Center is at 8607 Cedar St., a gray two-story house on the left, two blocks from Colesville Rd.
